We specialize in large, up-scale site development projects, including condominiums/apartments, beachfront residential developments, and shopping centers. President/Owner: J. Ward Surginer
- Started the company in 1980
- Holds a BS degree in Biology and Psychology with post-graduate studies in landscape design and installation from Auburn University.
- Member of Alabama Nurseryman’s Association, Southeast Nurseryman’s Association, and Alabama Irrigation Association.
- Holds SLP, LD, and OTPS licenses issued by the Alabama Dept. of Agriculture & Industries. In addition, holds the LCLM license issued by the Florida Dept. of Agriculture & Consumer Services.
- Personally oversees all irrigation and landscaping installation, as well as lawn maintenance operations for Florida.
Landscaping Manager/COO: Jeffrey Surginer
- Started working for the company in 2001
- Assists in all operational and financial matters for the company
- Oversees all commercial landscaping projects in Alabama
- Hold a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of South Alabama
- Holds SLP license issued by the Alabama Dept. of Agriculture & Industries. In addition, holds the LCLM license issued by the Florida Dept. of Agriculture & Consumer Services.
- Successfully passed the business and law examination given by the Mississippi Contractors Licensing Board to allow the company to contract work in the state of Mississippi
Secretary/Treasurer/Office Manager: Latisha K. Eaves, M.Acc
- Started working for the company in 1991
- Assistant to president/owner.
- Oversees daily office operations.
- Oversees all accounts payable, accounts receivable, payrolls, invoicing, and job costing.
- Maintains all job correspondence and contract information.
- Notary Public
- Holds Master of Accounting degree and BS degree in Business Administration, both from University of South Alabama.
